Learn hands-on, in the field at beautiful locations across Connecticut with award-winning photographer, John Munno. Come and recharge, rejuvenate and revitalize yourself in nature while learning to shoot spectacular, interesting photographs. All levels of experience are welcome!

All workshops will be held outdoors adhering to the CT state guideline's for safe practices during a pandemic.

Equipment: Digital or Mirror-less cameras with the ability to change shutter and aperture speeds is recommended. No cell phone cameras. Tripods.

Waterfall and Moving Water Photography Southford Falls State Park - (Southbury)

Moving water is a captivating subject to shoot in photography.  This workshop is design to help students learn how to capture the movement of water and bring that energy to their photographs?  Students will learn to create a sense of movement and time using long exposure techniques to create the photograph that reflects the beauty and emotion of running water. . 

Students will explore filters for waterfall photography including polarizers and neutral density filters, camera settings for waterfall photography, tripods and cable releases/remote triggers. 

Leave your cares behind as the sounds of water soothes your soul and brings new life to you.  You will leave feeling lighter as your burdens and troubles are left behind and you start the day anew.

Students are required to make their own transportation arrangements. Please make sure you arrive 15 minutes prior to the workshop and meet in the parking lot with all your equipment ready to go promptly at 6 pm.
