An Intergenerational Workshop

12:30 to 2:30 p.m.
Bring a child (ages eight through twelve) to a two-hour workshop where they will be introduced to silk painting through the creation of a summer suncatcher. Children will create a silk suncatcher using a wide selection of designs provided by the instructor, or they can bring in one of their own designs to use. Children must be accompanied by an adult.
Class Fee $60 /adult-child pair for the first child
Additional children are charged $20 for registration only. No additional supply fee will be charged.
The workshop is limited to 8 pairs of children/adults.
COVID POLICY – Only fully vaccinated students will be permitted to attend classes. Physical proof of vaccination will be requested on the first day of class or you may email a copy of your card prior to the class by sending it to: submissions@artsescape.org

Kothy Hafersat is a national educator for three sewing machine companies: Singer, Viking and Pfaff. She is a certified Zentangle instructor and has transformed Zentangling into free motion quilting. In her company Simply Everything she also produced training software for embroidery companies. She teaches adult workshops at a variety of venues.
