Interested in writing short stories? Flash fiction, stories of 1500 words or fewer, is an excellent sub category to explore. Students will experiment with writing stories of various lengths, using in-class prompts. We'll also be reading and discussing stories by well-known writers. A draft of a longer story (up to 1500 words) will be developed during our time together. All levels of writers are welcome.
