Journaling is a proven way to support your well-being on all levels. In this program, participants will be led in a heart-centering exercise that allows them to access their heart’s wisdom and intuition as well as receive inspiration and inner guidance.  Following the exercise, there will be a writing and discussion period to share our revelations and insights, and a closing exercise to sustain and support our journey forward.

The fee for the 1.5 hour workshop is $25. Class size is limited to 8 students.

Participants must register by Monday, September 20th to receive the Zoom link.

Aurora Mary Kilai resides in Brookfield, CT.  She’s had an eclectic life experience as mother, holistic healer, Feng Shui consultant, Yoga instructor, Interfaith Minister, Montessori Elementary Educator and Transformational Coach.

The arts, nature, and her gardens delight and inspire her with awe and wonder.  It makes her heart sing to engage in daily meditation and reflection, write and paint her inspirations, cook with love, and experience the joys of creating beauty and harmony from her heart space.  

Her passion and greatest joy is to empower others to come home to their Heart intelligence and intuition, realize their innate wholeness, and create harmony and wellbeing in their lives.
